We ship world-wide!
Shipping costs to Europe
Shipping costs in Europe is now only EUR 2.99 for one item plus an additional 0.99 EUR for every additional item.
International Shipping
We ship our products world-wide. International shipping costs are individually calculated at the checkout process, depending on the weight of the products ordered (e.g. only EUR 5.45 for a standard package to the U.S. or Canada). Please note that if you live outside the European Union, customs may apply. We ship our products with official customs declarations issued by the Austrian Postal Service. Please note: if you live outside the European Union and you choose to have your order shipped to a special delivery address, we have to attach an invoice for customs. This also applies to gift orders!
COD (cash on delivery service)
We provide COD service in Europe. The costs will be 9,50 EUR per order. Your delivery postal organization may charge an additional fee from you. We only allow COD serice for orders made in currency EUR! Because of the high costs, we suggest not using COD service.
Delivery time
Wherever possible, your order will be shipped on the day of your order or payment. Delivery time depends on your location:
Europe: usually 5-15 workdays
United Kingdom, Ireland: up to 20 workdays
USA, Canada: up to 30 workdays
For shipping to UK, Ireland, and outside Europe, we strongly suggest using our priority service.
Priority Service
If you need your order at a specific date (e.g., for birthday or holidays), you can also use our Priority Service. Your order will then be sent with Priority Service of the Austrian Post. Delivery time depends on your location.
